Where do you ship from and how long does processing take?

All orders ship from our warehouse in Westmore, US (42 Lake Lane). Processing typically takes 1-2 business days (3 days during peak season May-August). We carefully prepare each order with professional-grade packaging to protect your equipment.

What shipping options are available?

We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship globally to most locations, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia due to complex import regulations for watersports equipment. Our checkout system will automatically confirm if we can ship to your address.

Will I need to pay customs fees?

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (typically due upon delivery). For European customers, VAT is included in your order total. These fees vary by country and are beyond our control.

We offer 15-day returns from the delivery date. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and custom/special order items cannot be returned.
