Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two reliable shipping methods to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium gear with a 15-day return policy for most items. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- A copy of your order confirmation is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, these products cannot be returned:
- Build A Bar Workshop custom orders (personalized configurations)
- Opened or used Harness Accessories
- Activated HitchSafe security devices
- Any products showing signs of use, wear, or damage
Return Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Product name and reason for return/exchange
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
- Confirmation that items are unused with original packaging
Step 2: Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Shipping instructions
- Return mailing address
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package items securely in original packaging and ship to the provided address. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Insuring the package for its full value
- Retaining your shipping receipt
Step 4: Processing
We’ll inspect returned items within 3-5 business days of receipt. You’ll receive email notification about:
- Refund processing
- Exchange shipment
- Any issues with your return
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
Exchange Process
Specify your preferred replacement item in your initial request. We’ll ship your new item once the return is approved. If exchanging for a higher-value item, we’ll contact you to arrange payment of the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
- Receive a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
- Customs fees/duties for returns are non-refundable
- Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
